Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

    Log in to your account

    Visit /login if you aren't already signed in.

    Go to Account → Subscription

    Visit /account and find the Subscription section.

    Click Cancel Subscription

    You will see your next billing date and what will change when the subscription ends.

    Confirm cancellation

    Click Confirm to complete the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe.

    Access continues until the end of your billing period

    If you are mid-month on T2, or mid-year on T3, your account stays on that tier until the period ends. Then it returns to T1 — First Mate (free).

What happens to your data

  • Voyage history: Preserved. T1 cloud access continues free after cancellation.
  • Fix My Pi history: Preserved in your account.
  • PDF reports: Saved reports remain accessible. New reports require T2 or above.
  • Configuration and settings: Preserved — nothing is deleted.
Payment failure grace period: If a renewal payment fails (expired card, etc.), your account stays active for 7 days. You will receive an email with a link to update your payment method. If no action is taken within 7 days, your account returns to T1.
