How do I configure CX5106 DIP switches for a Mercruiser 4.3 MPI?

    I have a 2008 MerCruiser 4.3 MPI and I am trying to get engine data into d3kOS via the CX5106 NMEA 2000 gateway. The DIP switch manual is not clear for a MerCruiser.

    My network: Garmin chartplotter (working), VHF radio with AIS (working), CX5106 (new — not outputting data).

    What DIP switch positions work for a MerCruiser 4.3 MPI? Does the CX5106 need to be the network master? Any termination resistor requirements?
